Our mission at Alex n Sis is to sell quality clothing and accessories at very affordable prices. We are very choosey about the garments that are accepted for resale. We accept gently used or never warn quality children’s clothing and accessories. We are not a consignment store; therefore we will give you instant cash or store credit for the clothing or accessories you bring in. We will determine based on the condition of the clothing or accessories if we will re-sell them in the store. This practice supports our reputation for selling quality merchandise.

The following are some guidelines for dropping items off for purchase consideration:

• Freshly laundered (No stains, zippers and buttons all working etc.)
• Neatly folded in either a laundry basket or plastic bin. PLEASE no paper or plastic bags. They do not need to be on hangers.
• Children’s books clean and gently read. Educational toys are on an item-by-item basis.
• Some accessories are accepted i.e. high chairs, pack n play, and baby strollers. (NO car seats and no cribs).
• We request a 24 hour turn-a-round on all items being considered, Saturday drop off would be the only exception to the rule; Tuesday would be your pick up day.
• We offer Cash or Store Credit for your items. Should you consider store credit, we will offer an additional 20% on the purchased items. All store credit will be used as store credit and cannot be switched to cash at a later time.
• We ask that items not accepted for resale be picked up within 4 to 7 business days. Any items left after 14 days will be donated to charity.

Pricing is based on the condition of the items brought in. For example:

• An item with tags will sell for more than an item that no longer has the tags on it.
• Items that look warn or are damaged in any way will not be accepted.
• Be sure that items brought in, which have been worn, are washed, clean, ready for re-sale.
